About Me

My work sits at the intersection of Customer Success and Revenue. My background spans international enterprises and high-growth startups on both sides of the Atlantic. With a PhD in Computational Linguistics and 15+ years inside AI-native companies, I bring an edge when translating technical product complexity into customer outcomes and expansion revenue.
